If you’ve ever attended one of our Brew School events then you’ve had a first hand experience with pour-over brewing. Cherry Hill Coffee wants to give those unlucky folks who have never been to have a chance to make their favourite manual coffee method at home. So here in our resources section we’ve compiled for you several brew parameters for Hario, Chemex, Aeropress and Siphon brewing. These were all developed with the goal of achieving an optimum TDS (Total Disolved Solid) level. That being said, these are only our recommended parameters; grind and water will obviously affect taste so please consider as a guide, not as a parable written in stone.
