Mr. Owl says it’s time for Brew School

Join us Friday, June 22nd here at the Cherry Hill Coffee Roastery for another Brew School event. Try your hand at different pour-over coffee techniques like Aeropress, Chemex and Hario. We’ll go over some basic cupping practices. This is your chance to experiment with some coffees you may not have tried before and evaluate different profile aspects such as aroma, flavour and acidity. We’ll explore a variety of processing and production techniques as well as comparing distinct geographical characteristics. Brew School is a great hands-on experience for geeks and newbies alike. We’ll try and sneak in a tour if we have time and who knows, maybe we’ll even try some of our Wine Barrel Aged Coffee in the siphon just for kicks. Sign up by emailing james@cherryhillcoffee.com. Class gets under way at 3PM and is about an hour long.
